When I'm eating and not reviewing, I have one full meal. I film reviews once a month and do around 5 places in one day, have a couple of bites of what ever I'm reviewing. The rest I bring home to eat later and share with family. Any u touched food I usually give to homeless people

​@@mrmunchbox please do the uk Community a favour munch boxes started in Scotland 30+ years ago , tgere suppose to be loaded with food and MOST importantly there suppose to be cheap , you guys who are influences and review food need to let these establishments know munch boxes are supose to be cheap . For example £20 of food for £10 , Scotland still does this however in manchester its the other way around they either charging tge same price for each individual items if bought separately eg £10 of food for a £10 munch box or they charging more £10 of food for £13 . It just doesn't make sence U smashed it with Brd they are giving £9 food for £7.50 that's what u call a proper munch box , heyman munch box in shakebee looks good but price is bad you get £9.95 of food for £11.99 WTF is that and they charge £2-3 extra for a drizzle of cheese 🤦🏾‍♂️ ,my cousin from Scotland was offended when he heard munch boxes costing tge same or more than the food.
