I've listened to this countless times and it wasn't until recently I heard the Gregshells here. At 2:39 after fake laughing you can hear Opie mutter in an annoyed tone "alright" At 2:55 Opie says "I'll laugh at that one" almost meaning like 'I hate you guys but I'll acknowledge the line was good' At 3:27 after Ant's line "You just gave up on that one I think" He is critiquing the joke quality of Jim and Ant but has to take phone calls because he can't come up with a single line himself. As usual he was probably annoyed at Jim and Ant having fun and riffing together.
