I do not believe Neel is looking for an Oscar award. Sheesh! Great quickie Mr. Neel, do you keep a jewelers hammer hidden close by for wax that hard? I've heard you mention hard wax before, never noticed it being that hard. There is a device to measure the hardness of diamonds. Maybe we could adapt it to measure your little treasures. We could combine it with the scale for more contest winners. You are by far the most entertaining and educational Audiologist out there. Congratulations on your success.

I don't understand why they don't go in there with some kind of swab. It certainly would be a lot faster and as long as they stay away from the eardrum I don't see what the risk would be. I've even heard him say many times that with infection it's important that they remove as much as they can. The suction tube is very effective for the big pieces but for the very thin damp material is quite a chore.

I am but 3 minutes in -- one thing about your mixer is that you need to adjust your background audio (the one of the procedure) to about 60% -- where as you leave your main audio at 100%. This should give enough power to your voice over to allow for the underlying audio to be heard, but not overwhelming. It sounds like you have them adjusted equally (100% for both) and you're trying to talk over yourself. It's a process, for sure. You're doing really good so far tho -- at only 3 minutes in LOL

I don't understand why some type of swab isn't used to wipe out the infectious debris. It seems it would be so much more simple than trying to suction it all up. If they're in control there doesn't appear to be any risk and it certainly would clean the mess up a lot faster. Especially on the outside of the ear.
@pjprice80504 жыл бұрын
The watermark distorts what is going on. It's right "where the action is" and makes it hard to see what you're doing. It kind of defeats the purpose of the video if you can't see a clear picture of the procedure. Love your videos... but this one is frustrating to watch.

My brother's cow was bulging on one side of her body. However she was not pregnant. My brother, but had no choice , she was suffering and would die a horrific death. When the cow fell over, her right side busted open, spewing and squirting 🪣 of maggots out.

If the edema gets bad enough, is there evidence to support aspiration via syringe? Is there a possibility that the infection can spread to the mastoid bone? Is the patient presenting with a mastoid abscess as well? Also, I think the reason why so many people noticed the water mark in this video is due to the fact that at one point the "W" looked like a piece of hair over the ear drum at one point. Maybe you could use a upward or downward arch with your watermark? Maybe that's not it. Just a suggestion As a medical research student I love your channel. ❤️ I have not found any other channel that is as detailed and approaches the ear from a medical perspective. Thank you very much
