I love learning from you Mr. Raithatha. You're so brilliant! I'm just wondering why no one else has come up with the instrumentations that you have. You're an excellent Audiologist is the answer I come up with. You're an amazing human being as well. Anyone who follows your channel will know what I mean when I write you're a kind and considerate person who has a lot of empathy for his patients. Thanks! Lucky Tutor, CA, USA.

I rarely get shocked anymore, as i watch a lot of this kind of video. But my mouth dropped open and stayed that way for much of this! If this were a movie, the reviews would read, "multiple twists and turns. Will keep you on the edge of your seat and guessing till the end." Excellent job! Thank you for what you do.

Mr. Raithatha, Here is wishing you and yours a wonderful winter holiday season from Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. With your knowledge and kindness, had you so chosen, you would have been one of the top ENT’s in Great Britain. I’m always blown away with your experience, teaching, and expertise in your profession. I believe there are quite a few here in the states that feel the same way. Thank you so much for seeing this patient so quickly and hopefully they feel much better.

That looks incredibly painful. I'm deaf but can't watch with subtitles, as they distract me from the procedure, so I just watch. (My deafness is caused by tinnitus - I was in an incubator for six weeks and in those days they were noisy and babies weren't given ear defenders. I've never known silence.)

As a Clinical Laboratory Specialist, I really appreciate your more in depth medical explanation. Yes, gram- leading to pseudomona is not good, specially with pseudonoma having a thicker wall and harder to treat. I never thought of an ear infection with Pseudomona. We always see it in lower respiratory infection. I don't remember getting a sample in Micro with ear wax and growing Pseudomona. But know that you mention it, I can imagine ending up with septicemia. That would be several days in the hospital with Iv antibiotics hanging on to life.😮

Thank you for giving such in depth understanding of why certain clients have certain conditions. You are brilliant! Hopefully I’ll get a chance to get to your beautiful country and pay a visit. I came to say the same. I’ve watched so many procedures however the length as to which he explains the complexity of diabetics and ear nostalgia along with the pathology blows my mind. Truly a professional and testament to the fact that each and every part of the body has so much information that it requires truly specialized care for each individual. I once was told by a dentist that if one doctor claimed to do all functions himself or herself be very cautious because there is absolutely no way they can know all of the procedures and treatments available . There is so much information that they could not possibly absorb all there is to know. Mr Neel shows us just how long he’s been studying and how much time he spends learning and researching and continuing education on his craft. Amazing.

Mr Neel, I have a silly question 🙋‍♂️ lol I gotta know, when you’re doing a removal, are you all business, or do you explain to the patient what you’re doing and at what portion of the ear? I picture myself talking out loud, “Ohh, big piece, here it comes!” Or, “This piece is so stubborn!”. I talk out loud to myself a lot, especially at work lol I’m curious if you do the same? 😂 Hope you had a Merry Christmas (if you celebrate). I found your channel a few weeks ago because of my own ears and now I’ve fallen asleep to them for the last couple weeks lol

Neal, what a horrendous situation this patients both ears are in. It looked very wet and messy with out of control infection that seriously needed antibiotics. I hope this person returns to you after completing the course of antibiotics to have their ears checked again. I also was expecting to see a cholesteatoma, possibly with damage in their inner ear. If this infection persists, an urgent visit to their hospital ENT surgeon and a referral for a skull and ears MRI scan might be the best preventative solution. That much wet in their ear and inner ear might be prudent to request an urgent scan to exclude skull bone erosion.

Season’s Greetings and Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones 🙏❤️ As I watched your videos over the past months and compared them to Audiology Associates whom I have watched for seven years, aside from the differences in style - Rhys and Taylor’s entertaining banter compared to your masterclass in ear anatomy, physiology, pathologies and client care, I keep wondering how there can be such a serious divide over the use of irrigation and getting water in the ears. Rhys often mentions that any residual wax will naturally come out with baths and showers. He uses irrigation, but seems to have given up the water tank for clearing the suction tube as he mentioned that each tube comes with a cleaning rod. He did mention the Rai curettage tools, but he doesn’t use them. Which brings me to the other burning question I have. How can Conor, though he gave a positive and humorous evaluation of the Rai curettage, perform ear wax removal and teach endoscopic ear wax extraction using only suction and irrigation? He confessed that he rarely if ever used curettage. I don’t understand. ??? I know you are sensitive to the specialists who use irrigation, but I think your profession needs to do a further examination of the risks and benefits of all ear wax removal techniques, tools, training and certification for the health and safety of the general public. Then that information needs to be conveyed to the public. Please forgive this rant and have a blessed holiday 🙏❤️
