Your an excellent teacher! I love how you explain and breakdown the problems so vividly. Plus it looks like you have fun and enjoy what you do. My instructor just works out a bunch of problems on the board while talking in a monotone voice. I thinks he's only there to collect a check.

Why is it 13.5%. I get you have on both sides what is within 68%, and the 5% left after the 95%, but 13.5% x 2 = 27. Please help!
