◆Ingredients材料◆
300g Chives 韭菜
30g Dried Shrimps 虾米
3 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
1 tbsp Sugar 白糖
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
½ tsp Salt 盐（自行调整）
¼ tsp Baking Soda 食用苏打（可不用）
◆ Batter 面糊 ◆
80g Rice Flour 粘米粉
90g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
30g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
200ml Hot Boiled Water 沸水
120ml Room Temperature Water 室温水
＊Dash Of Corn Starch 玉米淀粉适量
＊Dash Of Cooking Oil 食用油适量
★ Dipping Sauce 蘸酱 ★
Dash Of Thai Chili Sauce 泰式辣椒酱适量
Dash Of Ketchup 番茄酱适量

I have been cooking chives with eggs for the past two weeks. I have to stopped temporarily. Consumer too much eggs. I like this new method. No eggs, but lots of chives. Worked perfectly for me. Thank again 🎉

It’s fall in Southern California. This time of the year, the chives are very tender. I harvested some chives this afternoon. And decided to try out the recipe. It’s so delicious. Actually I like it hot, just off the steamer. The texture is so similar to some kind of rice “kueh” I had during the 70 and 80 era. I cannot pinpoint any. How I wish I can. Now I am searching for the memory. Thank again
