2 tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油
30g Dried Shrimps 虾米
25g Garlic 蒜末
600g Jicama 沙葛
150g Carrot 胡萝卜
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
½ tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
Dash Of Chinese Celery 芹菜
★ For Dough 糕皮食材 ★
*270g Sago 西米
*270g Water 清水
50g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
½ tsp Salt 盐
2 tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油

60g Carrot 胡萝卜
250g Yam Bean 沙葛
200g Chicken 鸡肉
Canned Braised Peanuts 罐头花生
80g Shallots 红葱片
*Dash Of Scallions 青葱适量
*Sesame Oil 麻油
★ Seasoning 调味料 ★
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
¼ Tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
1 Tsp Chicken Powder 鸡精粉
½ Tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油

100g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
