40g Dried Shrimps 虾米
80g Shallot Slices 红葱片
60g Chinese Mushrooms 香菇
20g Chopped Garlic 蒜末
550g Jicama 沙葛
50g Carrot 胡萝卜丝
150g Water 泡虾米水
1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Sugar 白糖
±1 tsp Salt 食盐
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
★ For Flour Skin 面皮食材 ★
250g Rice Flour 粘米粉
500ml Water 清水
1 tsp Salt 盐
75g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
2 tbsp Shallot Oil 葱油

320g Rice Flour 粘米粉
20g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
640ml Water 清水
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
