I’ve seen 2 of your vids so far; walking like a snake & this one & bro!! I love your info & teaching style. Those were 2 things I just couldn’t figure out. Thank you so much, this really made my life better. Bro ima Buddhist & asthmatic & the way I was breathing was painful. Now it’s beautiful & my back feels so nice with it too. Thank you sincerely.

Best breathing video ever, I only figured this out on my own the last 2 weeks and you confirmed it. I use to just push my belly out and could never breathe right esp after seeing countless physios, chiros etc. Dude you are the best, I wish I'd seen this earlier, 40 yrs of breathing issues, it would have helped with my lymph, Raynaulds and lung problems. Thank you so much🙏🙏🙏

Have you read "Dr. Breath"? He was a choir director who also did some work in a VA hospital and with the runners in the Mexico City Olympics years ago.

I have a question about diaphragm breathing, the diaphragm itself is attached to the bottom inner parts of ribs, and we dont have our lungs in the belly, so why does it have to move out?, i mean, jeah, okay, a little bit the belly can go out, but why over do it?, since the diaphragm is on the ribs, in order to stretch it, we should rather use these bottom ribs to expand to the sides, and belly goes just a little bit out, we expand the bottom part of ribs to get that expantion of the lungs, because when overdone it isnt comfortable movement even for a healthy person at all, so why go against the nature of human being? im not trying to insult it, but, breathing as a natural proces shuldnt hurt unless it is not a part of extreme sport training. I just wanna say that diaphragm breathing should be more about expanding, not the whole chest, but the side bottom parts of ribs to the sides, and belly shouldnt go that much out, but still be is defenetley involved. Dont you agree?

The key is not to overbreathe at rest. Gentle belly breathing, in through the nose and out through the nose.
