​@@Kspice9000 yes "hsr dev" as if genshin and zzz doesn't have similar system. It's a hoyo thing. Zzz have main stat rng, relic slot rng and substat roll rng and even 3 or 4 substat rng. Still 3-4 layer of rng. Genshin basically just have the same system with 5 instead of 6 relic so okay it is slightly better.

same, I had to go in and count for myself. One 11 spd double crit Izumo ATK rope and about 10 pieces with 9-10 speed all on useful sets (eagle, sacerdos, hackerspace as well as keel, kalpagni ER ropes etc). I've never refreshed and have a stash of 131 fuel now 💀 really struggle city out there for some people I guess.

With E1 firefly, ruan mei and ligsha + a fugue in the team direfly already has 98% defense ignore and lingsha/fugue has 83, so Luka's lightcone is almost a waste. Unless you are playing the sustainless break team.
