I also sent her to an aesthetician and I would’ve swore her face would improve immediately, but it didn’t. It wasn’t until she was seen by her physician and the medication prescribed. Did we see an immediate improvement. Some people suffer from severe oily cystic, acne, that will not improve without medical intervention .

I love how deliberate and patient he is with each blackhead that he works on. He also clears the pore out completely, which sounds obvious, but isn't always the case depending on who is working. Certainly one of the best interventions that I've seen! And - on the scale of satisfaction: a great big ole ten!

Greg, do you have your patients use Retin A? I started in my 30’s at the lowest strength and gradually increased to the strongest cream. I’m 69 and I honestly think my skin is that of a woman in her 40’s. My dermatologist from many years ago told me several things to do (or not do) and predicted if I followed his advice I wouldn’t need any cosmetic surgery till my mid 60’s and then ONLY an eye job. He was absolutely right. I haven’t been able to afford the eye surgery but my skin remains very good. His advice: 1) stay out of the sun!! (I have Celtic white skin and i prize it). 2) NEVER, EVER SMOKE. While I didn’t smoke cigarettes, I did at one point smoke a very elegant pipe. It was so relaxing and I enjoyed it tremendously. 3) Use my Retin A religiously, along with a good skin care routine. 4) I added this - Vitamin C serum. I make my own, dark glass pump bottle, store fridge. Make new bottle every 6 weeks or so. Very little oxidation. Anyway I truly enjoy your videos ; skin care is of great interest to me.

She never had a problem afterwards. I made sure I bought her good facial product because those drying out meds truly dried out everything, her poor lips were shedding skin. I've always taken her for facials since she was little to get her used to it, she loved eating healthy, even as a child so it was totally hormonal, there is no avoiding it. Such an awkward stage I feel so sorry for those prone to acne it is emotionally such an unfair thing to experience.

Definitely an awesome session! Ty so very much for allowing us to join in and watch your treatment. Believe it or not, it can be extremely therapeutic. I truly hope and pray that you are able to get it all back under control. I'm sure that it's so difficult to deal with and not very comfortable. As always Mr. PZ, Thank you for another kickass session!!! I need to check with my insurance and see if maybe they can just send you the payment for my therapy sessions 🤔. Lol.. ✌️♥️☺️🐶

I know. And if I didn’t pop them my mom would have. But, back when I was younger we didn’t have access to all the information that we have now. I had no idea you weren’t suppose to not pop them yourself.

So satisfying! I hope her skin settles down again soon. Well done Greg for checking through some of her eyebrow (there was a small one developing at the front of one) they can appear quick and hurt A LOT! Jawline ones are horrible too (I speak from experience still suffering in these areas)

What a difference some education, learned skill and empathy make! Compare this to the brutal, bloody and painful treatments some of the Vietnamese Spa customers are subjected to. Huge inflamed nodules have needles thrust deep and swirled around like its a stirring contest... Without anesthetic.

It picks it itself or It gets the stabby, bleedy Thing. Actually, hats off to her because of this was my face, with my x12 concave mirror, I would never leave myself alone!!💗
@KarmaEnforcement2 жыл бұрын
Haha great one. I know I would get them myself. I would need the Dr for the meds. But I would without a doubt be in the mirror getting them things out!!! IDK how they can stand not to get them. If I feel a little tiny bump on me I'm on it.

I’m @ the 11min mark and had to pause for a sec. As IMO you do better with the finger squeezes. You are gently when you do that and I’m not sure if it’s less painful for the patient but the Q-tips seem to slide and slip more then when you use your fingers. It’s just my little ole opinion🤗 But you do a fantastic job no matter what!

You are so gentle and kind. And I kinda feel bad for enjoying this video so much when the poor girl was in pain. But I am sure she looks and feels so much better now.

A hot washcloth to steam the face helps the pores open up. Makes popping much easier.

Question: What do you prep the skin with (cleanser) before/during extractions? Do you use anything to soothe the skin when finished?
@madelynl.5351 Жыл бұрын
I am getting annoyed by so many comments from all the heartless people who blame the patient for having acne, and the armchair experts who think they have the cure. You can always tell when the comment starts with “why doesn’t she just“..These people are both ignorant and lacking in compassion. So maybe Greg you should do a teaching about what causes acne and why it is different from other pimples.

I had back acne and my mother took a needle to every zit while I watched in a side mirror and then I used acne soap on a back brush to keep them away.
@pmetalhead93859 ай бұрын
Maybe you should just let him do his job and also not judge ppl for asking questions about "why doesn't she just".... people can ask why. People ask when they don't understand how her face got so bad. 🤷
