Me, a frail girl that can barely get past 3 monkey bars at the park, watching a buff guy slay the monkey bars: "hm yes, interesting"

Great video and informative. Where abouts is this in England?. South east no doubt. We have something similar in Regents Park inner circle but nothing as good as this!

Thank you 🙏🏼😁 Yeah this is more south central/south west, sunny Dorset in fact 😎 We are lucky to have this set up here and a few similar others close by 🐒

To be able to perform such tough workouts is amazing! The ability to lache with such fluidity is nothing short of remarkable! The last exercise hanging BENEATH the monkeybars is outstanding in its movement and simplicity but no doubt is extremely difficult and will take a long time to master! And who wouldn't want a pair of swinging hips like those?!

+Paul Bessant thank you Paul Practice makes perfect 😊💪🏼 The upside crawl certainly is challenging

At my gym , I'm the only one that use the monkey bars. I use them evrytime I go to the gym. I'm so good at going back and forth I need someone else to go with me to motivate me even more. Probably the other clients seem like they don't want to use them. There are 12 bars. I can go back and forth forwards or backwards at least 4 or 5 times without falling. That is 48 to 60 bars.

That’s awesome 😊💪🏼 I’m sure others in your gym are inspired and impressed to see that!

Great video. What’s the name of the background music if you don’t mind me asking?
@rikkinetic4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Dan 😊 Which part are you referring to? All the music comes from Epidemic sound which is a monthly subscription site that’s allows use of royalty free music! It’s likely some from Tigerblood Jewel though as I like their stuff as use their tracks a lot

Can we do these on daily basis else like gym exercise 2 to 3 times for muscle growth?
@rikkinetic2 ай бұрын
Monkey bars aren’t really a muscle growth exercise. I’ll link a video down below which might help to explain that. They may help to grow muscles to a certain extent but they’re essentially an activity rather than a training method. Most people don’t play tennis to build the chest and back muscles for example 💪🏼 It can potentially be done daily but there will be a point where you would need to rest! Activity is always best when it’s varied to help avoid overuse injuries 🐒 The training methods you didn’t pay attention to? kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGPSXo2Ip5eMb8U

Hey hows it going, I had a question. ? I have a thoracic pain after sleeping and have a camel hump on my cervical, will hanging from a bar and progressing in these workouts and just in general playing on the monkey bars realign my spine ? Thanks!
@rikkinetic3 жыл бұрын
That’s a good question! Hanging type exercises may help I would definitely advise doing some more specific posture work though. Check out my “Workout Tips” playlist and look for the posture video and/or the “Build a strong back” vid In either of those you will find exercises I use a lot myself and with clients to improve posture. I’d highly recommend those exercises

Does monkeys bars also train abs??

Yes for sure 💪🏼 the abs & obliques will hold and control the pelvis 😊

Did it good also for scoliosis?
@rikkinetic4 жыл бұрын
I believe any exercise that is balanced can be good for scoliosis! Start off slow and try to keep things as balanced and as even as you can! It could be argued that everyone has a degree of scoliosis and by being stronger can only be a good thing 😊💪🏼
@rikkinetic4 жыл бұрын
Do what you can in order to correct it and then work in the monkey bars gradually

what about turning in circles as your cross each monkey bar :D or doing monekybars backwards?
@rikkinetic4 жыл бұрын
Yes 😊 very good suggestions! I will look at these in future videos 💪🏼 Thank you
@GIFoss3 жыл бұрын
Place the first hand that reach the last bar overhand and then swing around the fist hand to place the second hand to the other direction, the second hand has to go around the first hand and then let go of the first hand when you have rotated to go back.
