I come for the drain cleaning and I stay for the commentary. Such an uplifting way to start my day. However I do have a bone to pick with you Bruce!!! My 11 year old now refers to our toilets as a dunny and won’t stop saying “Bobs ya mothas brotha.” We got caught in traffic and he says “This road is chocka blocked mate.” I guess there’s worse things he could be saying 😂😂😂. On a serious note, there's something uniquely satisfying about doing something with your own two hands and immediately (sometimes relatively speaking) seeing the result. Any trade, really, doesn't matter if you're clearing drains, building furniture, cutting hair, cooking food... You name it, it's going to leave you tired, but feeling like you _really_ did something at work. Highly recommend.

When I was a kid, I remember how a tree surgeon we had come out to fell some sick trees told us that he had worked as a lawyer for years, but hated it and instead changed to a career outdoors. Me, at age 40 I retrained in a trade, as an electronics technician. Ironically, I’m physically back at uni, because I work at one.

Bruce, love your vidies, have had major problems with with my on suite dunny, have had people out to try and clear it but no luck. Went out and bought a jet kit for my pressue washer, found the main sewer from the house to the septic tank was blocked, the main manhole was 4ft deep with goodness!. Managed to track the outlet pipe and get it all cleared, then spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning all the mains runs. Owe it to you for vids, keep showing us you are living the dream.

About a week ago in Sweden I was watching K-Pop videos when I was all of a sudden recommended a video of an Aussie cleaning a drain for free in a car park, it felt so good seeing that big pipe get some release 😏 I couldn't help but watch a few more. Since then I've been watching a few every night before I go to bed working my way backwards through your channel and I hope you've been doing this for a while because I don't want to run out! The irony is that I've always been easily grossed out and while the first video was a mild trashbag in a drain, I'm now comfortably watching sewer surfing chocolate bars - does this mean I grew as a person watching you unclog drains across the world?

I love everything about your videos . From the drain cleaning to the wonderful comentary. The online downside is when I have watched all of your latest videos. I go back and re-watch my absolute favourites. The one where you cleared the pipe to let the storm water run off the car park is probably my favourite. It isn't the most technical unblock, but I like the fact that you shame the morons who throw litter out of their car windows. It doesn't just block storm water drains. It can also kill wildlife.
