I met *Ray Bradbury* once, at a book signing in Century City. I bought a copy of _'The Halloween Tree',_ which he was promoting for the book signing. My girlfriend, looked for a copy of _'The Illustrated Man',_ one of her childhood favorites, and the store had none in stock. Upon hearing this, *Mr Bradbury* elected to have a messenger send a copy from his home to the store. He signed that as well, to my Girlfriend, personally. When I arrived at the store, I thought there had been a mistake made, at first. The book that was waiting was... old, worn, obviously used. I investigated further, and realized it was, or had been, *Ray Bradbury's* own, first print edition of the book, a priceless rarity. It was obvious that his intent was to give it as a gift, even so, I wisely held back my protests when the cashier rang up the book for a mere $17.00 and change. I paid quickly, then waited for my Girlfriend to arrive. It was October 31, 1988. She never allowed me to read it, though I'm sure she cherished the book ever since, and the kindness and generosity of its Author.

Marc, I've enjoyed your work for years, and Mr. Bradbury's as well! I hope you can get the lost Martian stories published; I'd love to read them!

I'm an American and I desperately want to read more of Ray Bradbury's thoughts, hopes, dreams, and more importantly fears for the Mars that I've always called home. Please make this novel a reality.

With all the streaming services today, with their insatiable need for content, it would seem an ideal time to pitch your series concept. After all, how many iterations of Star Trek and Star Wars do we really need? I've often complained that there are so many great SF short stories and novels that would make for remarkable films and TV series, yet we are force fed a steady diet of "franchise" SF. Some of us want a more varied diet.

Star Trek, Star Wars, Terminator, Planet of the Apes, Marvel films-those are the ONLY sci fi stuff that the studios currently are focused on! I would love to see a film remake of the Illustrated Man (the first film version had some good stuff but it was a disappointment.). The Martian Chronicles was a great book and tv series.

Awesome book! It mesmerized me; sometimes humorous, some others terrifying, but revealing, nevertheless...and I am not even a sci-fi buff
