Who Started Israel vs Palestine?

After World War I, the British were given control of the territory of Palestine, which had previously been part of the Ottoman Empire (which crumbled at the end of the war.) Over the next twenty or so years, things got hotter and hotter in Palestine, as Jewish immigration increased, and Arab groups - to whom the British had promised independence - grew more and more upset.
As conflicts broke out - between Jewish groups and Arab groups, between Jewish groups and the British, and between Arab groups and the British - the Brits decided they didn't want the territory anymore. So, they let the United Nations decide what to do. Prior to the end of World War I, Jews, Christians, Muslims, and everybody else in Palestine had lived together in peace. But with the British in control, that had fallen apart.
So, in 1947, the UN decided to partition the country into two separate states: one as a primarily Jewish state, the other primarily Arab, with Jerusalem as a shared international city. In 1948, to the dismay of the Palestinian people (who didn't agree to the UN deal) Israel declare itself a country, setting off a decades long regional conflict that continues, sadly, to this day.

Something close to this, actually happened... Explained: The 1947 United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine. This plan, officially Resolution 181, proposed the division of the British Mandate of Palestine into two separate states, one Jewish and one Arab, with Jerusalem as an international city. This plan was significant because it was the first formal proposal to divide the territory, leading to the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 and laying the foundation for the complex political and territorial disputes that continue to this day. The resolution's acceptance by Jewish leaders and rejection by Arab leaders and states set the stage for decades of conflict and negotiations in the region.

For instance, the US is States dependent and thus, a compilation of close to independently governed. As an example, something like Venezuela, North Korea, Israel, Jordan and North Macedonia I'd consider as a nation because it is vaguely governed but still artificial to an extent. Germany has cities that govern each district but none the less it is by land more similarly to a country but not quite yet. I'd consider it a hybrid country since it has a lot of higher ups within it. Perhaps the quantity of politicians might be a factor in my definition? Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Hungary are countries to me. That's purely gut-interpretations lol it has nothing to do with the actual definition of those words. But just for the sake of it I'll google it and pin it here ↓ *"A nation is a community of people formed on the basis of a common language, territory, ethnicity etc. A country may be an independent sovereign state or part of a larger state, a physical territory with a government, or a geographic region associated with sets of previously independent or differently associated people."* Bonus from Quora ↓ A country is not without a nation by definition. The US is not a nation which is defined as “a large body of people united by common decent…” In many ways the US is something completely new an unique when looking at the world and history. Even Rome had a general concensus of it's base culture. The US has never really had that. In many ways the US is a collection of all the previously defined. Really the definition makes it impossible to define the US as a country. I would argue that the US isn't even one government and the federal government only owns Washington D.C. and a small island in the carribean. If we are being technical only D.C. would be defined as the country.

i am an israeli , i hope that this video will explane the situation with the blockade on gaza . many people think israel do it to make life in gaza difficult which is not entirely true . the thing is that we left gaza in 2005 , we had settelments there , mostly refered to as "gush katif" and took a huge chunk of gaza , we decided to abandon the area completley due to the difficulties on protecting 8,600 israelis sarounded by million and half palastinians . we also hoped that by volunteering to get out of the area , our relationship with the palastinians will be more friendly by giving them this huge area , but the moment we got out they started shooting at us and saw the evacuation out of gush katif as a win and not as diplomatic move . the blokade started only in 2007 as a way to put pressure on gaza and limit the supply of weapons hamas get , without gush katif there were no israeli forces in gaza that will keep an eye on what's going on there , the blockade was some kind of solution to keep an eye on gaza without taking from the palastinains precious gaza territory . the idea of the blockade was a collaboration of both israel and Egypt . egypt is known to support palastine and many palastinians originally came from egypt before israel "took" gaza in the six day war , the reason why Egypt worked along with israel and support the blockade to this day is because the palastinians have become somewhat of a Danger for Egypt and even that Egypt says they support palastine they do not let even a single palastinian refugee into their country because they too understand the risk .

At any point of time after 1948, If there was a flare-up, Israeli residents can always wait in their bomb shelters which were mandated since 1951. Palestinians don’t have anywhere to go, day-by-day their land is systematically stolen (for the West Bank and occupied East Jerusalem Palestinians). In Gaza, the same thing doesn’t happen because Hamas keeps Israel away, However in return, they live in a small enclave with one of the highest population densities in the world. If Israel were to throw a missile/rocket/bomb, there’s 100% certainty it’s gonna hit like a family. And that is exactly what they do.

Except the conflict didn't start after WW2. It has roots in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with the birth of major nationalist movements among the Jews and among the Arabs, both gradually trying to attain sovereignty for their people in the Middle East. So, that's a huge thing left out. The conflict would have happened no matter what the US, UK, or UN did. But what the video explained was basically what escalated it, you could say.

It’s actually a reference to Israel cube shape. But yeah dude, blender is great and it’s always good to know someone else who uses it! We have been using it to create our new backgrounds, which is really good to make more dynamic scenes. It’s also faster. For textures, we have been using cell shading to achieve the 2D style. We are also using 3d as a reference for the 2D illustrator. Which was what we did in this Israel and Palestine video.

The land was mostly desert and Jewish immigration was significantly higher than muslim so they needed the space. But again, this land was the negev desert. Also remeber that Israel kept 20 percent of its population as muslims. What the video does not mention is that back then pallestine included all of modern Jordan. They gave all of that land to the Muslims. Today's palestenians also had a civil war with Jordan. I'd also point out that this extra space was never stated by the palestenians as a basis to start a war against Israel.
