@@kitsunesden8085 It's not emulation, it's a cracked arcade title. You can play it using arcade loader software called Teknoparrot (but you're on your own finding the game itself though, KZbin doesn't take too kindly to links to dodgy game sharing sites)

This arcade game is running on PC based hardware. But it has DRM. Teknoparrot is a software that tries to disable these protections and make these arcade games run natively on a PC. Hope this is helpful enough to guide you. =)

It's kinda awkward how it has a horror theme but a teenish style to it with a romantic plot I can see this being turning into one of my favorites at the arcades, but I feel like this is for a very niche public, I mean, most kids would be turned off by the romantic plot right away if not just the horror theme alone

I guess the fact Sega never released it outside of Japan might indicate they lost faith in it as a concept. It's quite a niche spinoff.
