There is mistake in thi proces. Slotas are made in Square tube on wrong side . Slots was to be cut on the face where tube welding is there. Wher ad it is shown on the plane side of tube.

I fron Brasil, and you still use very thick cutting discs, there is a disc that measures 1 1/2 mm in thickness 4 1/2 four and a half inches which is great for cutting metals use a small grinder with it you do a lot, just about anything you want , it is a very light and easy to handle grinder, throughout the video you couldn’t really see the size of your grinder more due to the size of the disc I think it’s quite big, if you want to send you some discs when I can, plus this there it was a great idea, congratulations.

For a roller pipe marker i think that can be done just by a roller wood or just a plain v-cut over onto a 2x4 wood. Just my 2 cents

Good idea if I had the material lying around but to go to the hardware store and purchase that material to make those items when I can pretty much purchase it at my local hardware store the jig and a square and save yourself a whole lot of time
