As a person who has built many stone garden walls over the decades, I can appreciate the physical labor and the mental labor of piecing together all the stone puzzle pieces to create this fantastic outdoor oven. Brilliantly done! I envy your bread making skills. I recently made biscuits and they turned out like hockey pucks. Even the chickens wouldn’t eat them. 😊

I've moved so many rock building so many stone walls over the years and it's definitely a physical and mental challenge but I loved making them and I love how they looked. Just a helpful tip on your biscuits, don't overwork the dough and using cake flour ( low protein flour) will make lighter biscuits. :-)

WOW!!! That's the word that kept coming to my mind while watching this video....Wow! The amount of knowledge, skill and craftmanship to build that stone and brick oven is astounding. I've watched you create ovens in several of your other videos but this one is a grand masterpiece. I am definitely envious of that oven. My only suggestion would be to make a removable door to retain more heat though it's not necessary, it would keep small animals out. I bake my own breads every week, in fact, I was waiting for my own bread to finish baking as I watched this video. Your baked bread looked amazing and that crackle sound of the crust is perfect. The meals you prepared in your oven looked delicious. I love the kitchen workspace you built, the bowed piece of wood on the front of the counter, the log rounds and stone looks wonderful. I always like when you use natural branches to hang things and the little red clock is adorable. The whole kitchen set-up looks incredible, you really did an amazing job creating it, it's very, very impressive!! I really enjoyed this video, thank you for sharing it with us.
