Since a diagnosis in 2023, Andy has worked tirelessly as an advocate for individuals with neurodigence in the workplace and to raise awareness for ADHD. In this episode, he discusses his journey pre- and post-diagnosis, plus shares valuable advice on how to manage ADHD in the workplace.
