U r right sir I am from rewa and there's a much needed demand for specialist doctors here ..I have nowhere seen so much crowd of pateints anywhere else in India likewise here. Handful of doctors treating heards of pateints ..talking about your profession , even though there is a GMC here and a few pediatricians ( maximum of pg - diploma holders) I haven't seen a much rational and sensible approach to treatment and understanding from them ,like you are very sensible and having vivid discreet knowledge of subject matter .keep doing the good work sir.

Most greatest disadvantage of Doing residency in surgery 1. You will be left unskilled after residency completion 2. During residency program you will be doing most medical management, professor doesn't teach you operation. 3. Greatest disadvantage is dependeency you need good setup anesthesit, Critical care team, ICU.. So u will be dependent 4. Even after completion you have fight to do enter good institute to get training.. and u will have to wark as PA for some senior doctor. 5. Surgery is risk, litigation amd medicolegal high Overall, surgery is great subject finding good institute and heartful professoris most important than you will be great surgeon within 3 years...
