MS Gopalakrishnan (Video) | Live at Indian Council for Cultural Relations, 19/10/1989

Continuing with the #CarnaticTrios series, we share a video concert by MS Gopalakrishnan. Gopalakrishnan was a revolutionary and a truly gifted artist who has accompanied innumerable legends in both Carnatic and Hindustani music. His technical prowess clubbed with his creative genius has been a major inspiration for many. This concert was presented in Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) on 19th October 1989. In my openion there was not even a single violinist or any type of istrumentalist who can trasform the listeners in a inexplicable wòrld of imagination and iprovisation as if MSG was capable,almost as an inborn gift-' so let me maintain that thetre was no exisyance of any an exceptional genius ,before -or ,probably after MSG era Such flowers are once in a blue moon........
