Mr Loon did show up but he didn’t stay to guard the eggs 🥚😅 I’m always amazed at this floating nest,so unique and these birds are beautiful .Awesome sharing my friend 🤗👍❤️🐦

That may well be! He may not have gone diving but he didn't stop to keep her company. By the way, the nest was originally taken by a goose who laid her eggs and abandoned them. The nest material is down which Mother Loon is trying to get rid of but not successfully. Maybe she wanted Papa Loon to help her out and all he could say was: 'Forget it darling, I'm just swimming along here!' Thanks for your visit dear Cathy. 🤗💚
