Ms. PacMan on the NES is one of only console ports of Ms. PacMan that has an ending after certain number of stages.

This and it's Genesis version have to be the definitive versions of Ms. Pac-Man. The original arcade version pales in comparison. It's too bad Pac-Man didn't get the same treatment.

wasn't aware of this nes tengen version. its easily better than namcos nes/famicom ports including the 16-bit releases. the genesis version, however, has ugly ghosts and mazes it also tries to replicate the ms. pac-man arcade audio which is vastly superior but they didn't get the dot eating sound right. the cymbal fruit bouncing audio is a really nice touch though

Difference in screen resolution between arcade and home console version of the time. Some of the mazes also are bigger than normal.
