The reason I say that is because common sense in federal court everything gets exposed so if he would have read it on any other people besides the hobos that they knew he got in the shootout about they would have exposed that watch Crown TV

If anyone is wondering why defense attorneys ask the same questions over and over and in different ways. And a lot of the questions seem meaningless. A lot of the questions are meaningless. The tactic is to irritate the witness. If I can get you frustrated you might start answering the exact same questions differently. And if I just keep asking a bunch of questions. And you say you don't remember. You say your not sure. If you say that enough times. The defense attorney can tell the jury your testimony can't be trusted. You couldn't remember things. You wasn't sure about things. And you gave different answers. That's doubt. Some sneaky it. Some of the high price defense attorneys use. They will find out what schools you went to. And actually find teachers and find out if you got frustrated easily. If you could remember what they taught you. Ask if the teacher thinks you were highly intelligent or even slow. Then they know which tactics to use against different witnesses. They also love to have a couple of jurors that are not highly educated. They want to know that at least 2 jurors will be confused and not be sure about it.

You do realize they all got different lawyers and public defenders and you might be misled because of the narrator reading the case but they all have the same evidence so the questions will be the same just asked differently

You must be one of those idiots that think you can literally do everything but say “ yeah I kilt him” and still come home lmaooo these send offs did the police’s job for them… the defenses only option was to try to discredit the witness’s.
