It was amazing how many genres this crossed when it dropped, us goth kids could get behind it, the metalheads were all up in arms trying to work it out and even the teenyboppers could get behind it because that serrated bass snarl and the dreamy guitar threads in the intro made it feel like it was dangerous, even though it was fairly tame by most metrics. Criminally underrated band and still one of my favourite Lansdowne gigs \m/
