I recommend Flaps 2 for take off. Allow the plane to lift automatically just before V1 then rotate into that. Make sure your Stabiliser Trim is around 4.0 to 4.7. 👍😎

Gen switches are smart. They don't need to be off when cold start. There is no danger of voltage spike etc. Most, if not all, Fadec controlled modern cockpits do not require gens to be turned off. See longy shut down checklist.

A very common mistake. Don't shift Empty Weight % MAC to center cg. This is a number derived by weighing procedure and goes in AFM. Is 29.20 (the default) correct? I can't find any rw longy pilots to ask. If you want to change cg, then you have to add/subtract fuel, cargo, or passengers. Think about it, a bit, and it will make sense good luck

No offense, but the slider forempty weight cg% is a fixed number. It is unique to each aircraft when shipped from factory. An licensed AMT must weigh the aircraft a derive this number. If seats or new interior then must be weighed again. Read FAA manual weight/balance ch 3 for amt's. 29.20 is default. I would just leave that. The number just below is Center of Gravity %MAC. This is thenumber that goes in chart to figure takeoff trim.

Do the auto throttles not work in the sim, because in the airplane you slow down and configure with flaps and speeds you set up in the performance page?

Yes i was looking to see that, just swapped to Longitude from a TBM, Yes they do work, ive mapped a button on the yoke to toggle on and off, you have to take speed control out of fms mode, then SPD appears in the top left of the PFD and then you can set the speed there.
