I'm glad that you're so happy about this! But I could barely tell the difference so I took some screenshots to quickly see the difference and.. maybe I'm just not looking correctly, but I can hardly see any difference to be honest. Is it maybe different when flying this in VR? Sorry that this comment sounds negative..

Same here. Installed it and spent a few days admiring the breathtaking scenery, only to find that after removing the mod, the breathtaking scenery is all still there... weird.. maybe it wasnt working for me? i dunno...

You're right, I didn't see any difference at all... the original is pretty much the same as the ORBX mesh, at least to my eyes.

To be honest, the mountains still look all rounded and smooth instead of edgy like an actual mountain. I'm disappointed

Interesting that this mesh seems to be better, while New Zealand e.g. was really disappointing. Compared to the 2m DEM of Spain 10/20m don't seem to be so impressive, yet it's much larger and 25GB sound plenty... THX! Will try it myself.

Of course it is. And you're not gonna find any of that stuff even in X-plane 12 because they don't use satellite data like MSFS 2020.

I really don't see the value in mesh products when you won't be able to even notice the difference unless it's a side by side comparison. Even in this video the differences are so minor. These mesh products are not worth it and take up huge amounts of space.

Mesh stuff is so meh. You really have to look so much to see any discernable diference, it's a bit pointless. IMO money is better spent on actually scenery, airports or payware planes. Its almost money for old rope.
