[MSFS2020] | MALAGA AIRPORT, COSTA DEL SOL, SPAIN BY MK STUDIOS | A FULL VIDEO REVIEW

Hello Folks, welcome to this week's Video Review where we take a look at the new payware version of MALAGA AIRPORT on Spain's Costa Del Sol (LEMG) created by MK STUDIOS. This is a large project with care and attention given not only to the airport, but also to the local environment. There is lots to explore here.
Malaga is a popular airport in southern Europe and an alternate/diversion airport for flights that cannot get into Gibraltar. This version by MK Studios ticks all the right boxes with just a handful of issues that I go into detail about in the video. It may just be one of the best airports to actually sit perfectly into the default local terrain. It is advisable to have the World Update that includes Spain and photogrammetry both enabled for best results. But nonetheless, it's a lovely rendition at a very competitive price. Lots of work has gone into this project. Take a look with me and see what you think.

This really is a nice scenery with a lot of work put into it. One day (hopefully) all those empty roads will be filled with moving cars and a lot more people outside the Terminals bringing the whole Airport to life. The nose sticking out of the building is that of an ex-IB DC-9 and is indeed present in reality; as is the small prop at the terminal. But the IB Dak is missing from the museum, along with some key buildings in that area. MK have assured me they will add it all in an update.

Hello, thanks for this wonderful review. Do you use FSLTL by any chance? I bought a few sceneries alöready and I noticed that the developers don't seem to care too much for working taxiways for AI. Do you have any experience with Málaga? Ibiza for example has big problems.

Hello and thank you for watching and commenting. Yes, I have FSLTL installed. It's good for online flying as it shows correct liveries of other aircraft on VATSIM but it often places static aircraft from countries that you would not find in that airport! Many developers DO, in fact, produce their sceneries with AI in mind, but not all - which is one reason why I like to include a Features List in my reviews where they mention AI.
