If you were to install the RD Connection Broker role on 2 servers in the pool, would it automatically load balance them? If you rebooted one to install updates, would the other automatically take over?

You explain how to do it but don't explain the global view of the project: what is the purpose of rd connection broker, and RD session host and rd web access. Without a global explainaition: anything else is just a click next next next finish video.
