Hi... Am getting THE APPLICATION COULD NOT BE STARTED error while opening Server manager in windows server 2022.. Please give me the answer to resolve the issue.

1. Run sfc /scannow command 2. run DISM..exe /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFx4 command. 3. Reboot the server and try to open server manager dashboard.
