Great video to introduce Biomedical Science! It can use all the extra promotion to attract young students! Just sometimes confusing because, mostly in the UK, Biomedical Science is the same term used for describing the education to end-up as a Medical Lab Tech, or the more academic counterpart where you are trained towards becoming a Biomedical Researcher... In Belgium the former is actually called Biomedical Lab Techniques and is a 3 year program after which you go for a job, while Biomedical Science is a 3+2 BA-MA program. do you think in your opinion that biomedical science is better or biochemical engineering is better? im heading into an undergrad in college and have trouble deciding my major, like im super intrigued in sciences like chemistry and living organisms and a bit of health stuff like that but extremely hard to decide which is best for me.

Is the Healthcare Science degree is a better route to become biomed scientist ? Because from what i have researched this degree is accredited with ibms and you will complete your portfolio within 3 years of the course

HI there, I was a high school drop out leaving school at age 15 year 10/ 9th grade(I think)? what are your thoughts on studying biomedical with the fundamental knowledge of physiology and anatomy due to personal training. I have a major interest in bio-med to eventually get into neurology or neuro-engineering but would you recommend getting a cert in applied science first or should I possibly just jump straight in. I have basic knowledge when it comes to science but I would adore to learn more. I don't want to fail bio-med so i'm just asking for your opinion. my chemistry isn't the best and because I dropped out so early my literacy inst either. what would you recommend? should I maybe get into physiology to get into bio-med or just applied science, or just jump straight in?
