i still to this day, respect and appreciate the 1994 ny rangers team. brian leetch is my favorite american-born player of all time. i've been following the nhl since 1980 and 1994 remains one of my all-time favorite stanley cup finals. cheers from southern ontario 🍁

Graves has not skipped leg days since he retired. I guess it makes sense because not only are you trying to stay healthy but you're likely very top heavy and need that strength to support yourself. Without leg strength, it's painfully obvious you're in bad shape, and this is apparent at any age. Nothing looks better than a nice sculpted torso but you need balance. at any rate, it's amazing that it was that long ago. Time flies by whether you're having fun OR NOT. Age just creeps up on you. It's coming up to 30 years. It's now our turn to sound like the curgmudgeon who can't seem to let go the olden days when kids are talking about current players and teams. We laughed at the people who were talking about Orr or Bobby Hull or even earlier like Gordie Howe, now it's our turn to pass the torch.

HEaring these guys reminsice about their post win celebration in intimdate detail, I can't help think of the firs ttime I watched a team win. Can't recall who it was, possibly Oilers or the Flames / Montreal, it was definitely pre 1990 and cameras were in the locker room doing interviews and someone walked by in the background and their hairy penis was captured on LIVE TV, lol.
