MM is to me, the definitive winner in competitive sport, and it's people like him we should all aspire to be. Intelligent, focused, fearless, determined, driven, hardworking, resilient and humble in whatever we do.

The GREATEST all-round player I have ever seen....in my lifetime....Hull...Lemeux....Orr.....Richard......LaFluer.....EVERYBODY bows to Messier ....forget Wayne and his numbers.....Mark WAS the Franchise in Edmonton....and again in NY....he is in the same league as Gordie....and always will..
@erickouniakis5722 Жыл бұрын
Even in Edmonton Messier was the capital from day one even if he didn't wear the C when Gretzky was playing. Totally agree all around best player. Mark is also from my hometown St Albert Alberta.

@erickouniakis5722 here in Vancouver he is respected....but back in Edmonton and in NY ...he is a God....lolol
@erickouniakis5722 Жыл бұрын
@@xavierbalzola863 Once again totally agree. I didn't like when Linden was traded from Vancouver back then. He was to Vancouver like Yzerman was to Detroit in a way. Messier shouldn't of went to Vancouver. He was blamed for alot of things. He should of ended his career in NY.

Adam is so underrated, what a dog . He was just grinding, down in the corners. Where no one wants to be , cause you could get boarded . He tossed the puck out of the corner. Then Mark would get the cookie

What baloney that is. Two best Rangers throughout the playoffs ( Leetch & Richter) were drafted and Graves was aquired by Smith with a brilliant free agent signing. Even up for Troy Mallet

Happens to the best of us and only the best of us can rock the Cue Ball with style. Mark and Gravey rocking it well . Those guys will forever not have to worry about a thing . Not bitches , not money , not anything as they are set. They are living Gods walking the Earth . Especially among us mere mortals in NYC when they grace us with their presence . Then they have that 94 cup to always look back upon proudly and forever share those moments with their former team mates who now have become life long friends. As they often set up time to see each other when anyone of them are close by another. They truly are walking forever together.
