I was trying my hardest to make a one level a few months ago for my family, it just wasn’t looking how I wanted so I gave up 😂 now I can finally get back to playing them in this home and even some inspo to try building again! Thank you, love the builds as always!!

I think it's the first time I actually fast a speed build of anything and I love the way you made the house! this is incredible!!! you are a sims genius. some of my fave parts: - the purple and orange colour scheme in the bedroom is gorge - the teenage bedroom is perfection in my opinion - the idea that this is for a blended family is so sweet - hearing the excitement in your voice about the build :D

Lovely build ~~~ Fun fact: According to Fengshui, the kitchen (especially the stove) should not face directly to the front door because it can cause major disruption to a family's finance. Most countries in East Asia have their kitchen at the back of the house.

The diffences are interesting. In my grandmas home we entered in to the formal dining room with a big table, only uesed for guests - the "normal" and small dining table was in the kitchen for the daily meals.

I like this and I like the story behind the family. When you were talking about the kids, I was thinking the teen and two girls was their biological kids and the 3 boyswere adopted kids. I like one story for ease but I also like two - three story houses cause idk I just like big homes and by 3 story I mean like having a room in the loft/attic and maybe squeeze in a bathroom up there as well if possible

The build was PERFECT until you did the cow plant tapestry instead of the long mountain swatch one right before it in the teen's bedroom😭 especially if that teen sim is supposed to be into nature & whatnot. Also the murphy bed idea in the office was such a great idea!! Just wish it was one of the ones with the couch attached, because I feel like it's nice to have extra seating in office spaces. Plus it would hide that it's also a guest bedroom as well, but still can be/is one. Just personal preference, though! Can't wait to download this build, like I do most of your builds, and add another to my save file and make it my own with my own family storyline as well🥰 anyways, great job, as always! Love ya, Gryphi!💖 Edit: for the kids bedroom that has the whole dinosaur bedspread thing going on lol. I had my own personal head canon when watching and I thought it could be for triplets who just REALLY all 3 love dinosaurs. 😂🦖 but of course, their own personal different interests as well, but that's just the one thing they all 3 absolutely have a shared love for lmao.

The trailer preview is up on KZbin - looks very much like a southwest ranch pack - so I think the concept art of rustic kitchens from the sims summit last year could be coming in that. I’m really surprised that they decided to do horses, and especially to do another American southwest world. I love the idea of a cowboy old west pack - but I do think we have A LOT of American (and to a lesser extent British) worlds, so worlds inspired on other locations would be nice. Because the dev team is based in California, I feel like we get a lot of bias on things that are more familiar to them, which makes sense.
