They need to get in serious trouble for that, a person who isn't fully prepared for a sudden hard jerk/crank on their wrist can very easily get some bad tendon or small bone damage. Even minor discomfort in your hands from something like that could ruin their career. I've seen Kiraflax rage hard and mid-rage do a normal handshake, so its not something he just does without thinking.
