Amiga OS 3.2 Installing Best Classic WB & Other Programs

Apparently, there's BestWB for 3.2 and also Best Classic WB for 3.2 I was thinking they're the same thing. My apologies for the confusion. Lovely video. Thanks for putting it together. Just one point worth mentioning is that there is a 3.2.1 update that's well worth installing. I had issues with Wordworth 7, Final Writer and SCALA M4000 with 3.2. The 3.2.1 update resolved them all. Keep up the great work.

Nice to see a new video! The best classic WorkBench on Amiga -attaining that's quite a thing. My Amiga 1200 has various compact flash based setups yet I still have to find my 'ultimate' setup.

I love a good installation video. I am sure your PVM will handle the interlace, your eyes might not. I used to just tolerate it back in the day. Programs like Image use a good colour palette that reduced its effect.

Quick note, the drives that are greyed out aren't because they not bootable, its just because they have no disk.info in the root and it using the default icon, pop a disk.info into the root and they will show a non greyed out icon.

3.2 is really easy to do anything. I just make a shared folder through pistorm, and add the share as a folder though sftp on my desktop pc. Then just drag all the ADFs I need, and let 3.2 mount whatever I need as it need it, cleaning things up as I go. Helps to have a modern desktop do the unzipping for anything non-ldh.

That's a modified Gotek drive, basically it's a floppy drive emulator.

Thanks for the video! I just installed classic wb and defintely DID NOT Backup anything as I'm just getting my A1200 running again after not using it since 1995 and feeling like a noob. After installing classic wb, it looks terrible. I heard you say about using a crt which i am. It's my amiga 1080 that i have had since we got our A500 in 1985. Can you give some advice on how to un-install classic wb?!? Do i need to re-install 3.2.2? I don't know how to do that... Total noob. I'm running a TF1232 and have a PCMCIA card reader and the original disk drive and an external 1010. How do i reinstall os 3.3.3 and get rid of classic WB?!? PLEASE HELP

If you have the regular diskmaster 2 cover disk version, you can download and add this script to it to make it become Diskmaster Gold. aminet.net/package/util/dir/DMscript

VT is just for diskmaster (I think) it might be on the diskmaster 2 coverdisk or could be included in the Diskmaster Gold archive? aminet.net/package/util/dir/DMscript All I know is that it was on that disk and could possibly be required.
