The cast and interactions from 2000 just worked great together, the movie was fun. It didn’t take itself overtly serious plus Cameron Diaz was amazing. Sam Rockwell’s great performance as Eric Knox just put the movie together. No comparison at all

The 2000’s one for me exhibited more “girl power” because it wasn’t trying too hard. It embraced the fun and highlighted the true power of the angels which was their deceptiveness. Plus, Cameron diaz alone has more energy and charm in her pinky than the new cast.

The 2000 Charlie's Angels movie was far more fun, and closer in spirit to the 1970s TV series. Plus, unlike the laughable 2019 version, the 2000 movie at least had Cameron Diaz's Natalie. Plus, the 2019 version tried to clumsily merge Charlie's Angels with the animated series Totally Spies! (which itself is far more preferable and better than the 2019 Charlie's Angels).

i'm not hating on the 2019 one, but with the 2000s one the chemistry between the titular Angels was undeniable and infectious, and there's just something about a cast with instant chemistry. The Angels were like best friends, and that chemistry was pretty clear between Cam, Drew and Lucy. And who can forget that sexy car wash scene or Cam dancing in her Spider-Man panties? I also loved that the 2000s movie leaned heavily into martial arts, those Angels never needed guns.

Tbh, the colour grading in movies *in general* was better before the mid to late 2000s. Movies now look very washed out. Older movies naturally looked more dreamlike due to being shot on film. The colours popped out more. Compare almost any movie from before 2005 to a movie from the last decade.

I think that Charlie's Angels (2019) movie is so stereotypical and so obvious - sort of always-a-victim women against always-a-bad men. Even all the soundtrack songs with female vocals. Charlie's Angels (2000) movie I like much more - it has better soundtrack, well suited to that action, has more interesting plot, also it's funnier and more entertaining. Not a masterpiece movie either, but basically just an action comedy as it should be.

If i was making a Charlie's Angels movie, i would've done this: -Possible directors: Christopher Nolan, Rian Johnson, Sofia Coppola, Kathryn Bigelow, Martin Scorsese -The film would've had a deeper and more realistic tone, but keeping some of it's comedic side -The characters would've been deep, interesting and sympathetic -The girls would've been portrated by 3 of these actresses: Jennifer Lopez, Oona Chaplin, Sistine Stallone, Ayako Fujitani, Bianca Bree Van Damme, Drena De Niro, Hillary Swank, Natalie Portman, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Lawrence, Brie Larson, Sally Hawkins, Emma Stone, Zoe Saldana, Megan Fox, Jennifer Aniston, Mila Kunis, Daisy Ridley or Jessica Chastain -Charlie would have been voiced by Tom Hanks, Harrison Ford or Morgan Freeman -The villain would have been deep, dark, interesting and very charismathic. -The rating would've been R -The soundtrack would've been composed by Hans Zimmer

Reason why 2000’s is the WINNER! 1. The cast couldn’t have been more on point! 2. Super nostalgic 3. It has a good sequel movie which is “full throttle” who also involves DEMI MOORE! 4. The best part of the 2019 version was the scene where they are in the closet where the 2000s angel's costumes are in.... With the iconic charlie's angels theme... It is the only part where you feel like youre watching a charlies angels movie....

I love Charlie's Angles (2000). It was something new, fresh, unique, inventive, stylish, cool, edgy, hip, and updated such as the concept and theme due to it's witty and clever dialogue and humor, emotional resonance, comedic moments, and performance's by the cast. It was decent. To this day I still watch it and I consider it a classic. It never gets old.😍👍💯😎 Charlie's Angles (2019) is one of the worst movies of all time on so many levels. It felt rushed and forced. It's a disgrace in the franchise. To this day I'm still trying to comprehend why would they even make the movie like what? I'm confused.😕🤔
