For the non detected cheaters, what happens is that riot bans in waves. Basically, when a new cheat is found, the cheaters are not instantly banned, but rather the games waits for a lot of cheaters to be detected then bans them all.

Quick PSA: If a cheater is found, but not immediately banned, in most games that's for a reason - ban waves. If you ban in waves, the people _making_ the cheats are less likely to find what got them detected, making the game overall more secure. So it's just possible it's a newer cheat and the company behind the game wants to make it harder to cheat in the future.

@@SB-mr2nklong story short, games like rainbow six or valorant will ban people in huge waves, (aka banning them all at once instead of one at a time.) This means if you cheat, there’s a higher chance that you’ll get banned later on rather then immediately, this makes it way harder for cheaters to figure out what triggered the anti-cheat, and therefore create a work around to said anti-cheat.

I’m iron. One time in an unrated game with my friends there was someone hitting shots that you would see in Immortal or higher. I said to my friends “no way this guy is in our elo, he’s gotta be cheating” they brushed it off as him playing with low-elo friends, having a good game, etc. But then I reported it and not two rounds later the match was terminated. Who tf cheats in IRON in an UNRATED game?!? Like how low can you possibly go??

I have never met an obvious hacker in Valorant. That is so refreshing, since I quit CS:GO because I met hackers so often. It stopped being fun when almost every match I had to think "is that a smurf or a hacker?". Then I could see the Match Replay, and see that it was actually a cehater.

I remember 1 game in particular where me and my friends faced a cheater in the other team. We were playing on Bind as i remember and after a couple of rounds i suspected a player in cheating (prob aimbot and wallhack). I was continuously getting headshoted and it came to the point were i was tilted and I was continuously saying to my teammates that this guy is definitely hacking but nobody was believing me. So everyone started making fun of me, of how "bad" i am and saying to me to stop crying and that aim lab is free. But on 10-12 exactly the map screen appeared and after that everyone saw the "Cheater detected" screen. Nobody has said anything since that and i have never felt this good before.

wait, wait, wait, was that by any chance a Reyna on the opponent team that was cheating, and despite cheating still kept dying to a smurf? cuz I had a game exactly like that too, with a cheating Reyna in the opposing team, on bind too, where the match ended at 10-12 with Cheater detected. And the Reyna started out without cheats and very slowly turned their cheats up, trying to prefire, etc.

I actually encountered a cheater on the map Haven and I really suspected one of them to be a cheater so I conducted an expirement. I told my team to leave one site open for free and fully stack 2 of the sites. And guess what happened. EVERY TIME they went to the site that was ALWAYS clear. So I reported each one of the enemy team for cheating and it worked. So glad I didn’t lose my elo

This happened to me during my climb back to immortal 3 rankup and after the entire team reported them multiple times the cheater was never even banned even though they were spinbotting. I ended up losing a bunch of rr due to losing 0 - 13. Why can’t riot just give me my rr back when a cheater is later detected? It doesn’t make sense that it has to happen during a game to save your rr.

so I guess you're all cheating in Valorant aswell? I just reinstalled Valorant after 2 months of constant cheaters on CS2... and it's exactly the same thing. Every match it's a bunch of bots who don't know how to play just stacking where you go with the spike, no matter what. They just run straight at you and prefire you in off angles when you've made 0 noise the entire round. I even tried hiding in random corners at spawn, none of my teammate gave away my position, 3 times out of 3 an enemy just comes in prefiring hs me. It's crazy. In 2023 people aren't even able to play GAMES without cheats.

@@6henny443 You totally do, especially in low elo. I've never been in high elo in any FPS games but even I've been called a cheater sometimes. For some people one single good shot or a flick is enough to go off the rails - maybe that's also why some people are so convinced that games are infested with cheaters. I haven't met a single person in Valorant where I could confidently say that they were cheating. Out of the reports I did "just to be safe" I also never got a feedback of someone being banned for cheating.

Its up to you to decide whether or not is it worth getting your files "exposed". The anti cheat basically installs itself into your computers kernel system, and from there can perform more access than your average program. Other games generally dont do this because they know doing that is a violation of a lot of their users rights to privacy. But, then again, we see it working. And it works really well. We probably will never know if Riots doing more than just checking cheats when it crawls your files. Its up to you to decide if theyre worth trusting.

For me this is just frustrating, because I think that the cheater detected page is like a false positive. Most believe this means the cheater is gone. But really 9/10 (probably more like 10/10) the cheaters have used a VPN, HWID changer, and a burn account. So even after being banned, they just change their HWID, change their IP and change their account, and they are then back again doing the same shit.

Valorant has just as many hackers (compared to the sizes of the community, since clearly WZ has way more players). The problem is, Valorant once prided itself on it's Anti-cheat and thought it was bulletproof. Well it's not. I remember playing last June-September and holy hell the game was full of wallhackers. There are even dedicated exposers who break down how to easily cheat in Valorant. Unfortunately the community is brainwashed to think the game is more about skill than other FPS games because of the speed (lack of speed). Aim is one thing and Valorant does focus a lot on it, but as in any FPS, what matters more is the AWARENESS of your surroundings. If someone always knows where you are, take a step back and go places you usually would never go. Try to throw them off by changing routes etc and if they still find you every single time, you know this person hacks. No need for any bs Anti-Cheat or anything else. Good ole CS spectating + legit awareness is more than enough. Valorant is riddled with cheaters, but since the game is very niche and full of "aim nerds" it gets brushed under the rug.

i hate the people that when you accuse enemy of a cheat they say "its not cheating he's just better," when these players have impossible information, hs within the first 3 bullets thru smokes behind walls prefile off angles, never attack sites your sentinels are holding or sites that are stacked. You'd have to be at radiant level AND the luckiest player alive to do it all game. Not to mention tik tok and you tube have HUNDREDS of hours of cheating content in ranked. I even made an alt account on another PC and experimented with a popular cheat myself and i was able to boost 3 accounts from iron to diamond or ascendant. the anti cheat is actually dog shit and they ban in waves so that everyone thinks there isnt a cheater problem. each time the game updates, they figure out the software ur using and then they can ban it. every time the cheat developers make an update the cheats are completely undetectable until riot figures out the new software. The Kydae clips are literally what happens in every other game from silver thru diamond. subroza clip at end perfect example of clearly better hes playing off given info.

there are 2 types of cheaters, pro cheaters and low-skill cheaters. Pro cheaters are skilled and sometimes they use wall hack but not always, they turn on turn off in several gameplays even though they have experience with the game and game mechanics etc,... Now low-skill cheaters, you can see in the video easily right, being toxic and don't even care to fake that they're not cheating. If you're a dedicated gamer, especially in the FPS genre you will be able to recognize a fishy gameplay or a high skilled player

Hey, I'm here to let everyone know. Riots Vanguard Anti Cheat doesn't totally work as we thought it did. Or not completely. I got a cheater detected screen and then got rematched with the same cheater. From what I seem to understand. If it detects unusual software, injections, or reports of cheats. It might give you the cheater detected screen. But that doesn't mean they get banned. Most likely, logged and checked by riot later. Which can take from minutes to hours and even to days or weeks.

Kernel is the level that vanguard works at, they have access to *everything* on your computer. Even CPU/GPU clocks and stuff like that. It has the ability to completely destroy your computer. That's bad because anyone with knowledge of working at kernel level can piggy back off-of it's permissions to do anything they want to your computer. It's a horrific anticheat, that is way overkill. You can do everything you need to, to identify cheating at user level.
