Not the whole story. He wanted to make the process of firing civil servants who are corrupt, not doing their job, or their job is no longer relevant (I guess that would be a layoff) , more expeditious. Apparently, the current laws allow a federal employee to appeal a firing, which can take several months to work through. That seems like typical government slow walking, especially when every day working people, without those protections, can be fired in a day, with no recourse. Whether he can replace them himself, is probably not going to happen, unless it's at the highest levels. I think we're all concerned about how one-sided the civil service workers have become (way more Democrats), as well as how the high-level positions at the FBI and DOJ have lied about Trump and haven't been fired for doing so. I don't think Trump is concerned about the people who provide passports. Either way, there really needs to be some changes in the civil service. Maybe the new Chevron ruling will correct enough of this issue that we don't have to worry about the one-sided agencies, near as much.

Miller’s voice was shouting at you and your audience as if he was hard of hearing or thought we were, or he is 17:05 wound up like an eight day clock as my dad would say.
