We lost our democracy yesterday on July 1 2024. That day will not be forgotten. I will not celebrate 4th of July anymore, the Constitution is no longer our law. The Supreme Court has done that. I lost my country yesterday and I no longer have to be faithful to my oath to a country that does not exist. Biden has to use this immunity rule to continue his presidency and get rid of the Supreme Court. He has exert this power for our democracy. Stop the elections in November we don't need them anymore. Essentially, only the first count could be said to be a first time offence. What also needs to be taken into account was that this wasn't a one-off or spur-of-the-moment type thing. It was a long term plot and he signed numerous checks over a long period of time. It might also be taken into account that his company was sued for a huge long term fraud, so that shows that fraud was essentially a way of life for him rather than a deviation from good character.
