I didn't even receive my primary vote by mail ballot, andnthe elections office in Hillsborough cty, Fl said they mailed it! I went in person for my community. Other registered Democrats that I know did not receive their vote by mail either. One couple lives in a 7 Oaks community. The elections office shows them mailed though. Something's wrong.
