Yes, Elizabeth Warren! It's been a long fight and to see these changes in our lifetime is overwhelming. The groundswell of support for what is right for many -- it feels exactly like catching a wave, so be ready for the rush and be ready to kick back when it's time. And i remember the times before Head Start. In 1970 women were starting to meet and work together for freedom. We created child care cooperatives so that some could work and others worked at caring. Head Start was a serious boon to working mothers and "they" want to get rid of it???

My State has a deficit of ObGYNs. Many Women get their prenatal care at the County health department. Does that mean that that the State would then own a woman’s medical record and be able to collect pregnancy data from it and then accuse that woman if her pregnancy ends in miscarriage or abortion. ?

It was a really great convention. It was awesome seeing Gov Gavin Newsom with Rep Ted Lieu as California pledged our delegates to Kamala Harris for President of the United States of America! Really exciting to see Tim Walz and his loving family. The men in my family are also emotionally connected to their fathers.

I agree 100% because she failed to remember people kept saying how we don't know anything about Kamala Harris. You need the 4 night convention to really get the energy towards voting blue ! I know every country has their different tactics in order for the public to vote and get enthused to go to the polls. UK is not the same size as US imagine cutting down the election and campaigning process but it is not particle. Look at how much campaign Kamala has to do in order to take the baton President Biden passed to her. Some were doubting Harris campaigning in this short time as it is. The British lady doesn't know the vastness of campaigning in a country the size of the US. Lady, have several seats and go back to the UK and stick to UK politics.

Hope some of the new infrastructure production plants are built in areas where there is excess housing. There really are places, especially in the midwest, in old manufacturing small cities and towns. They may be very rundown, but they can be brought back. We need to stop building brand new housing in places where people will be leaving because of climate change in the next 30 years.

None of my friends would believe me when I told them that tariffs would increase our prices because tariffs cause the seller to increase their prices. I really believe Trump didn’t get that part of economics. It’s not that he lied, it’s that he doesn’t understand economics. I’m going to feel like a new person when, finally, Mr Trump is no longer relevant in the political arena. The stress of thinking I’m going to need to move abroad to protect my sanity has been difficult.
