He did pay for her silence, he bought her story and she signed an NDA to not go public or publish the story. That's not a crime. And now she owes him 300k for breaking her NDA. Yeah his lawyer Cohen paid her and he paid Cohen. But there's no crime.

He was not running his business as each of his businesses have CEO's who run those businesses. Signing personal checks i suspect would be normal in the white house for any president as they do have lives outside of the office that doesn't stop just because you become president. The part of what you are missing is trumps assets were put into a trust which means you basically do not run anything outside of approval. Its common practice when business owners go into politics.

Everybody knows he's guilty of every charge against him. The problem lies in what will the judge do for sentencing? He should be sentenced to the maximum extent of the law...because this IS NOT the FIRST TIME he's been charged and found guilty of committing fraud. Trump should also get additional sentencing for each gag order he broke; including directing the sychophant's stunt to making statements for him. They used Trump's rhetoric; not their own verbiage. He should be sentenced to jail because it would prove that our justice systems work; anything less undermines that system. It would also negate Trump's narrative. He IS NOT being politically persecuted. He's being held accountable for the crimes he's committed. May he be held accountable for the rest of the crimes. ...and, may he go to prison immediately...like any other citizen. He can sit in a cell while he waits for appeals and the other cases to come to fruition. John Gotti Bernie Maddoff Harvey Weinstein Charles Manson The Rosenbergs Donald Trump ...and, all his accomplices

Most legal experts are saying he'll like get some jail time.. technically it's his first criminal offense ( that he's been tried for ) yes, the charges are all felonies.. my thinking is that at least a first conviction will play favor in future trials. The thing is also.. breaching the gag order and shooting his mouth off about Merchan is going to bite him in the butt. He forgets it's Merchan's who makes his sentencing decision..

The jury deliberation process is not like Alicia's describing it. If a juror has an issue with an aspect of the evidence, it is brought before the entire jury panel. Jurors are not necessarily sitting there bickering with each other. And the evidence is clear on its face. It's not reimbursement for legal fees.
