Trump should also get additional sentencing for each gag order he broke; including directing the sychophant's stunt to making statements for him. They used Trump's rhetoric; not their own verbiage. He should be sentenced to jail because it would prove that our justice systems work; anything less undermines that system. It would also negate Trump's narrative. @@lestonthompson8495 the NY Civil case judge lets him saying anything in his courtroom. Unfortunately, he was found liable, has to pay settlement and banned from doing business in NY for 5 years while his sons banned for 3 years.

It was 100% his signature on that document ! Case closed ! Will he be sentenced to jail for it ? No ! We would, he will not be and even if a judge finally has the guts to do it, his friends at the SCOTUS will help him !

@Atakir19844 ай бұрын
Both sides have rested their case, the defense didn't really have much of one. Now it's time for closing arguments and then to jury deliberation.

I don't understand why the prosecutors even brought Michael Cohen. They could have made their case without that guy.

If the jury wants to hear from Weisselberg, they will let the Judge know. And there's a lot of information, but it's not complicated, the evidence is clear.

Hmmm, not sure the jury can call for witnesses?
@AM-fs1je4 ай бұрын
Weiselberg admitted perjury, he's in prison for perjury , he gets $2million for not truthfully testifying.
@LorraineHammond-b8u4 ай бұрын
The Jury could ask why he wasn't but, I think in this case there's sufficient evidence..his signature and handwriting is confirmed.. irrefutable.. he's in prison anyway and being convicted doesn't make him a reliable witness for either side. Juries cannot call witnesses.

What is the difference between an NDA and paying someone to keep their mouth shut?
@Atakir19844 ай бұрын
The point is not that he paid Stormy hush money, that is not illegal in and of itself. He did it to deprive the voting public of necessary information about his life that could have affected the election, that's what makes it illegal.
@LorraineHammond-b8u4 ай бұрын
NDA are documents that declare promises of secrecy.. my question would be why would you have someone sign a NDA if you're innocent.
