I spent two tours during the Vietnam war and the day I left a number of my fellow soldiers who I spent day and night with for two years saw me off at the airbase to catch my C-130 ride down to Bangkok. As we said our goodbyes, tears were flowing down my eyes. Later in life, I walked my two daughters from the aisle for their weddings. Tears of joy and pride were flowing down my face. In all three instances, these tears were uncontrollable and natural, as natural as breathing. My autonomic nervous system took over and even though I do not have any mental defect that I have been diagnosed with, it was just a human, natural, emotional process.. These people that attacked Tim Walz’s son, must be void of a human heart that can express emotion and love and pride.

Texas too. We have to checked to be sure the republican legislature does not delete people from the voter rolls. Like Georgia, they are afraid of the rapid political, social and demographic change in this state. Texas is diverse and is really purple voter wise but red politically by redistricting. Already the largest city metros, Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Fort Worth have voted blue in the last several elections and the suburbs are voting bluer in each election cycle. Texas GQP fear if the state turns blue, Republicans won't ever win a major election in the future.

Didn’t trump do a few cameo appearances on the WWF during the height of the pro wrestling craze of the 90’s? If it’s a reference to that, then maybe it makes some weird sense. Wish I remembered who made the video, but I saw a great thing a bunch of years back showing how we’ve always known that trump was a villain, based off of his public persona. It talked of him being the “villain” type character in a few pro-wrestling performances, and that some cartoon or video game developers (sorry my memory is bad) literally admitted to having their villains inspired by trump back in the day. So his whole persona back then *was* villain, and all the people voting for him must have known (and liked that!) about him. Very frightening, IMO. I've got all the time in the world for Jacob Soboroff. His book and contemporaneous reporting about the child separation program under Trump was thorough and well researched. Great coverage of the DNC convention! I absolutely love this! I have not changed KZbin channel so that I don’t miss out on anything. It would be nice to see more engagement prior to and afterwards of the convention show. Maybe even if you could get some interviews with some of the speakers afterwards would be stellar. Also, it would be nice if your panel could take a few questions from your KZbin community. This is great watching the engagement with the delegates and hearing them tackle the hot topics surrounding the election and actions that are being taken including litigation to push back the nefarious acts from the maga mafia. Please continue the interaction from others from different states. It is encouraging to see the Democratic party now energized and excited about protecting our democracy and doing what is necessary to help the Harris/Waltz win the election. The event from last night was SO exciting and made me emotional several times. Everyone did such an amazing job! President Joe Biden is such an extraordinary human being and an excellent President. He loves so hard, and we love him right back!💙🇺🇸 Hearing him speak with such power, made me proud to be an American 🇺🇸. I too joined in shouting THANK YOU JOE🫶🏾❤️🫶🏾💙🇺🇸 Some of the testimonies surrounding women’s rights surrounding reproductive choices were both profound and polarizing. It had me on the edge of my seat weeping and unable to move. My family is a military family. My father, a Purple Heart 💜 recipient, served in the Korean War as did his brothers. We now have a host of family members who continue to serve. No military personnel or veteran should be disrespected nor neglected in any way. The joy, the laughter, the dedication and commitment to our country was undeniable and remarkable. Last night I was unprepared. But I am ready for tonight.
