Seriously, I can't understand the American law. Why is it possible at all that officials can be in office if they have a criminal record. There is sth wrong in you country all along.

Because the Constitution allows it. AG Garland dragged his feet on doing anything about trump and now it's too late. I was hoping that VP Harris was elected and we could have a blue Congress and there would be a new amendment to prohibit felons from holding office. Any public office.

Please understand that many innocent people are wrongfully convicted. That's why President Trump will pardon them. Understand?
