I'm with Bernie all the way! I have been living in a European country for over 30 years and everything he's talking about we enjoy here already. I was on a debate team in high school in the mid 60s when we debated a universal healthcare, and after 60 years it's still being talked about. Unbelievable! When we lived in Calgary for a while, everyone had healthcare and could also pay extra for private healthcare, the same as where I'm living in Europe. One thing which should be hammered home for the elections is Project 2025, a real draconian disaster, as well as getting dark money and corporate / big donors out of elections, just as in the past as elections should be for "we the people".

You know, I've been told that I shouldn't bother with American politics since I have lived in Australia for the past 20 years. Supposedly it doesn't affect me. This is the thing though, it does affect me. My entire family (except my spouse & I ) lives in the states. What affects them affects me, especially when I'm sending money back home to help my mom pay some bills. $650 USD doesn't go very far every month - that's my mother's social security payment, aka her government pension. My dad gets double that because mom stayed home with kids for 25 years. That's the thanks she gets for being a SAHM. The only way my parents can even afford things is that 1 - my dad still works (he's 77), and 2 - my mom lives with my sister and they both own their homes.
