The main cause is sitting too long especially on the toilet but also in any chair. You need to get up and move around often. Cardio and better diet for soft and quick poops. Once it thromboses it’s going to hurt but just keep up cardio and hot baths as often as possible and clean diet. The vein will never heal but can regain some elasticity. If you end up getting lazy again it can flare up but if you follow these rules it’ll go away in a week or two. If you get lazy you can actually feel it start to clot again start running and hot baths immediately.
