you know what's fascinating? uncle chris lives on because of this memory of yours. there's a little shrine to that moment in your mind, and he's always there. i'll always remember my dad calling me into the living room and putting a fifth dimension record on, and you'll always remember chris lending you that tape.

37:15 - the sheriff’s story is a real case: Tom Pittman, the young star of ‘High School Big Shot’, was killed when he ran his Porsche Spyder off the road at a sharp bend on October 31, 1958. After 19 days, Pittman was found in his car at the bottom of a 150-foot ravine, where they were out of sight from the road. (High School Big Shot was also riffed by MST3K.)
