Nah ghost belle does nothing vs adamancipators, eldlich can still combo through if they have 1 extra body, does almost nothing vs dragon link. And that's why it doesn't see play. Veiler > ash is true cuz of the prevalence of the combo matchup.

Ghost Belle is also good against any recursive deck like Salads or Burning Abyss, and any deck that banishes it's stuff from the yard for additional effects. Stuff like Dark Magician, time thieves, etc.

Droll and lock is basically the Maxx c for salads/dino/geist/ftk/eldlich. Geist stops melu into hextia/linkross double search with Mario resurrection. It's also very good after extrav/duality if they use those first. Eldlich synchro, if they run the formula variant won't get extra resources and just go into the herald/Savage + w/e is in their hand. Dino combo can't add after fossil dig, watch them pass turn because they can't Evo pill. Ftk, self explained. Salads, very good after they cynet/lady debug. They won't have sanctuary, which is actually very important since they won't even able to relink.

It is good for some deck but for many cases it is a awkward handtrap But it may good idea tho What I see some problem from your statement: Geist rarely do more (they just rigid deck so they most likely disrupt at your turn and rarely expand like that) Some Eldlich do that but Herald Borreload doesn't even need much setup except it is greedy Eldlich Synchro draw Dino: still okay but they still make disruption (but less dangerous I guess) Just remember that Oviraptor can also dump Miscellanesaurus instead of search it so that would be disasterous tho if you think they will search Miscellanesaurus if they know you play that, also somehow sometimes they have it in their hand so...

For salad they are surprisingly un reliant on sanctuary since you normally only need one extra extender to reincarnate summon wolf which is the main target

@@craterdestroyer3604 their opening play is baelynx, relink to set up jack jaguar. Either way, you droll after cynet mining/debug. They cannot add any cards anyways. So you killed their set up for the following turns, and effectively ended their turn unless they hard drew parallel exceed.

Yeah that card will most likely be an expensive Secret Rare that will see at least some meta play. Altergeists will definitely use it, maybe other decks will too(at least in the side deck)

I would probably have added that Lost World can also turn off Impermanence/Veiler/Moonlit Chill because they all target and can't be activated while the token is on the field. Theory wise, you basically have to imperm or veiler the oviraptor normal summon and pray they don't have misc or token collector in hand.

As a salad player I wouldn't say anti-spell is very effective against it because of foxy, imperial order is a little bit more painful because it can negate desires after you banished 10 from the top or cynet after you discarded a card, but once you know there is an anti-spell, immediately go for foxy and problem solved. And tbh, nibiru does still hurt because not everyone plays rafflesia (at least I don't), but when you open will feels so good xD. Amazing video, I really like those helpful and informative guides

Jofx you clearly never faced any good Altergeist player lmao. They set 4 trap cards , go Meluseek, linkuriboh get a search and evenly does not hurt them at all they still get a search and recycle everything. with 3 multifaker they are basically an incredible annoyance. that’s why you have to side a lot against backrow decks. But the problem is you have to side against other decks too.

The thing is halq provides a lot of resources that are easily accessed with Dino's so you use halq to make calamities and some other cards like dolka can easily be summoned with the rest of the cards. The reason simorgh isn't used very much is that infinite negates are easily disruptable and loses to handtraps and other cards easily while the halq version can recuperate resources much easier

No Maxx c would be really unfair because you could draw it when going first and set up your board which is insane and going second drawing it is also unfair since your opponent likely then wouldn't do any special summoning so decks like eldlich and geist would just become more popular while the combo decks that could do more than 35 summons would also become popular while the decks in the middle like sky striker, salad etc would become harder to play because while they do control the board they also special summon a bit

Packet Swap is bad, don't ever use that Ogre is niche in this format, you go -1 anyway and they still get effect Gnomaterial may be helpful in early duel if u use correctly, otherwise it may be liability

It is good, just it backfire you at later turn except you do follow-up with anti-floodgate or blow-up card and not using GY (almost all deck is GY reliant) What the good idea is using it when they do mid-combo and they would stop anyway since their pieces would be banished For example, use it after Needlefiber, if they Auradon, they would lose at least 2 cards

Many players have played against dino deck Most of time ashing Oviraptor is like catching the wind because of Misc and players have figured out that Misc second effect is worth to be ashed or any GY effect in Dino or even anyone can use Skull Meister to negate it

Phantazma is meh in main, it's better as a side, salad is the only deck you'd really plus using this on. Dinosaurs it isn't exactly liable, considering they wanna just otk you, unless they go first but even still if they go first they make 1 link monster at a time, same with the jet synchron combo it's 1 link monster at a time, like they make a link 1 revive jet then make needle then blockade then auroradon... it's 1 at a time, So at most you'd draw like 2 card but shuffle 1 back. Vs salad that bring out like 2-3 so you'd draw maybe 4 cards and put some back. Altergiest I wouldn't even use phantazma on them they don't spam the field so even if you resolve it and got a nibiru you prob won't get to use it.

If you're using imperm, veiler or moonlit chill, be wary of people running sauravis (it's a ritual monster that negates a targeting effect and is searchable off Herald). I've caught plenty of people out with it, where I'll negate something with herald, then search sauravis and my opponent can no longer try to bait out the rest of my board with imperm, etc. It's also especially effective against altergiest (without protocall up) because silq and meluseek both target.

Deck counters itself by being bad. Cant run hand traps so it loses every game going 2nd against any halq deck. Game one it can brick....it needs electrumite so much :(

@@metataco that's actually not true. Heralds macro like eff is pretty useless against pends and as long as pends don't brick terribly they can play through 2 negates. Also if they end on vfd, pends will just break the board and set up. Vfd pass is ridiculously free for pends.

Its droll and cosmic cyclone. Cosmic on abductor or servant is really hurtful. Droll after the first of a billion search/draw effects is pretty much instant game vs pends since you cant access like half your deck
