MSU vs #6 Kentucky, 2002

1/5/2002 - After being down 21-2 to start the game, the Bulldogs fought back and Mario Austin hit a 3 to send the game into overtime. MSU pulled off a 74-69 OT win to upset #6 Kentucky.

I was a student at MSU at the time and had gone home for the weekend. I turned off the game after we got down 21-2 and went down to the basement of my parents house to watch something else. A little bit later my dad called down the stairs and asked if I was watching the game. I told him no and he told me I might want to turn it on because we had cut the lead to 3 points. So I watched most of the second half and saw Mario's 3-pointer to tie and then the awesome overtime. Thanks for posting this!
